Social Media Marketing Manager

About The Role

GreySpace is a design agency that focuses on developing strategic brand identity, communicates values and purpose of the brand which results in higher brand equity. Once the brand is developed we promote and activate the brand. For this purpose we are looking for a social media manager who is able to develop and execute strategies for our many clients across FMCG, F&B, Consumer Electronic, Real Estate and Startups.

This role grows into Brand Promotion and Activation Functional Head

Responsibilites

  • Create marketing calendar and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules
  • Define the most important social media KPIs, build dashboards, collect customer data and analyse interactions to measure and improve performance
  • Coordinate with clients/brands on a weekly basis to make sure they are onboard and up to date with the project progress
  • Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various department members, including Copywriters, Graphic Designers and the Production team
  • Conceptualise, Ideate and implement new out of the box ideas to get an advantage over competitors
  • Think long term and strategically to understand brands and connect with brand’s true audience

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Social Media Management or Brand Manager.
  • Experience with audience and buyer persona research
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices
  • Proven ability to build social media communities
  • Experience working with and developing a marketing plan
  • In-depth Understanding of social media KPIs
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills combined with great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
